I asked Holland America if the Doctor on board could dress a wound I have daily, and how much it would be? Simple question.
11 days later NO RESPONSE. Followed up with them at least 5 times. Still no response. Called there offices here in Australia and US, and there response is "we are waiting for the appropriate dept. to get back to us"
We have saved for 4 years for this trip, and we still dont know if we will be going or not due to the lack response from Holland America.
I requested the Australian Region Manager to escalate to his peers, he refused. He reckons they will get back to us the day before we fly out. I doubt it.
This will be the second cruise I have taken with Holland America,
1st time in Neptune Suite, this time in Signature Suite, regardless to say next time I take a cruise I will be thinking very carefully if I choose Holland America again. Based upon this experience I will not be choosing them.
