Booked two days for my daughter and I, it was her birthday, she enjoyed every moment it the food the entertainment was good, she enjoyed the steel band and the pool and beach..the room was sealed indicating no one has entered after cleaning. The room was well clean.. the bathroom a bit small.if you are looking for a luxurious resort this is not it but it is value for money..its child's friendly so gather the children and go visit..

So one of the star is for staff, they were generally friendly and helpful. There were no top sheets on two of the beds in the room and it took about 2 hours to get them. Maintenance took another hour to fix a clogged toilet. The other star is for the entertainment, specifically the nightly entertainment. There was no daytime poolside games over the three day stay. Well one day they had a game. It was so well needed participants lined up down for it. The nightly entertainment was very very good.
Food??'?, well the cumin scented fry fish fillet was always good. Yes scented not flavoured. Lines were long for everything food drink. Short staff I guess. My stay was from July 2 to July 4 2021.

In terms of room service it is very bad.We were checked in our room at 5:30 when we were suppose to be checked in at 3:00 and they were told to prepare our room at 2:00.It takes very long to prepare our rooms. Other from that the place was pretty good.Good food and fun activities.The hotel was beautiful. The waiters and the waitresses were nice.Overall it was a good place to stay.

1. The rooms are severely outdated and felt dirty.
2. The shower water was cold and the sink water sprayed out ridiculously. I asked for maintenance to fix the issue and they came and was unable to solve the problem. In addition, I had to follow up myself about the shower water still being cold and no one assisted until the very last day of our trip.
3. The activities for the kids and sailboat was all canceled. Left with just the beach, pool, and kayaking.
4. The food was horrible especially the buffet. The food in the restaurants were decent but still lacked the Caribbean flavor (very commercial like food).
5. The staff was somewhat pleasant at times. The cooks lied and said there was no more fried fish, but there was.
6. The hotel ran out of buns, mint leaves, vegetable burgers, blue liquor, fried fish, mangoes, popcorn, strawberry ice cream, and etc. They restocked the fried fish, strawberry ice cream, and blue liquor a little later during our stay.
7. The ice cream machine may have been old and outdated because the ice cream was smelting as soon as she put it in the cone.
8. I would call for towels and they would send it up 6 hrs later (after we took a shower and left to go downstairs).
9. The air condition went out and the toilet broke. They finally fixed the issues after complaining multiple times.
10. Called for housekeeping to change bed linen and they never came. In addition, they had an attitude to do their job.
11. When checking in...I never received any information about the resort. When I complained about it they finally (on the last day) gave us a brochure about the different amenities and times they are open.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Very outdated and not worth the money. Just save up and go to a better resort.

Great place for a family vacation ! Fun activities for both adults and kids! Great food and drinks. Relax and unwind at Big Smaddy swim up bar or enjoy the hot tub while the kids are cared for and entertained at the kids club. Fun for the entire family!
