Really wonderful place. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The whole place was very clean, main washrooms, hallways and the room was spotless.
Clean, fresh and modern. Bed was very comfy. Room was quite large and spacious too.
Internet was excellent, I had an hour long zoom meeting and had no issues in the room.
I really enjoyed our stay.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn when in Fargo. They have the best staff that attend to any special needs. The amenities are also top notch! Highly recommended giving it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome location and clean enough rooms and facilities (although the pool's smell was too strong with chlorine). But what never fails to amaze me are the people here. Dannilo, specifically, has been amazing in providing answers and leads to questions we have (in case he doesn't know). James (night reception) was very helpful in getting us a cab as we arrived early morning and failed to book a vehicle. On the phone, Ava/Eva was helpful and very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Not one to really complain.. but the weekend we stayed it was very chaotic. Having 3 kids, two 5 and under, one a teen, the teenager had no desire to swim because it was not only busy, but dirty and no pool rules of any sorts were being followed. The hotel room itself was just fine. Having kids of my own I understood this is how water parks can be, but disappointed the staff was not keeping anything clean throughout the day, or orderly.

The waiter in the lounge was PHENOMENAL!! He was so good with the kids and just all around great at his job! You could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. The food was also delicious! The staff in the pool/gaming area was very kind, she was very helpful with getting games and pool information and always had a smile! All around the best atmosphere in a hotel I have seen! The kindness was genuine and we will definitely be back!! On another note, the pool area was rather cold. But it's the middle of winter so it's to be expected. You are doing great Holiday Inn!
