The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all great. There was plenty to do on the property that we didn't leave though it's close to a bunch of stuff if you want to. We didn't have kids but I can tell it's a family friendly place. The food was great, there were so many options that we needed more time to try them all. The massages were amazing and one of my favorite parts. We hope to come back again!

The person that helped us with the reservation was AWESOME!
The person that drove us from the parking lot to the hotel was a nice person too!
The people that helped us with the parking tickets were great too.
The receptionist, not so good, even though they were not rude, the rest of the staff from the entrance to the lobby had better customer service skills that the receptionist.

Shame.

A very nice resort even in times of covid restrictions. Unfortunately the walls are not soundproof and the maid service is infrequent unless requested. Great pool, uncrowded beach, secure location, close to downtown Ponce which is nice. Restaurants are a bit pricey but the food is good. Overall recommended.

We stopped here for a much needed laundry room. We did have to pay a couple quarters for the laundry, but there was a small room available for it with counter top. Nothing special.
The casino is a typical small casino.
The buffet was large and well worth it. Our girls ate what they wanted.
The pools were huge, amazing and beautiful.
I am writing this review a few weeks after my stay there so I'm a little fuzzy on all the details. But I remember a beautiful pool and Spa with lots of relaxing lounge chairs and shade.

I stayed in PR for a total of 5 weeks between 2 visits. I left reviews as often as I could remember between all the rum drinks I had 😅. Take my reviews as you will. I was traveling with one other mom and 4 teenage girls. We had A GREAT time.

Stayed at this resort for about a week. The resort is gorgeous and the entire staff is beyond welcoming and accommodating. The bartender Orlando is superb. Spent many nights having small talk with him while watching him almost single handedly serve the entire pool and restaurant area. What a wonderful guy he is. Give that man a promotion. We hope to see him and the entire staff again soon. Can't wait to come back!
