Our room had been recently renovated, but it looks like not all rooms have been. Check in is a self check in kiosk with one employee available to help out if needed. The directions that printed said go to the Lake Tower elevators, which we didn't see a sign for and when we asked we were directed to the Tahoe Tower elevator. Most of the hotel looks well maintained but not the newest and staff are helpful when asked questions. For the price, I am happy with what we got.

Scenic but....
Such a beautiful place. Our rooms at Harvey's on the 8th floor were very nice with a modern flair. Maid service and desk requests were very disappointing.
The steak house at Harvey's has excellent food and service; deserts!
There is a food court which is awful with mediocre food at a substantial cost. I would recommend going outside if you need to eat later than 8pm.
There is the river cafe' but they also close early with limited seating. Reservations are recommended.
Unfortunately the casino floor has really scene better days. A lot of updates would help; maintenance is really lacking. Parking is plentiful.

Wow! Your gonna love this wonderful place! The views from every room are stunning.. so clean and comfortable. The beds are perfect Hot shower with a natural soap and body wash shampoo collection. Top of the line everything! Loved it. I will be back again soon !!!

Harvey's was the absolute best hotel and casino. All employees were wonderful to speak with and there was always at least one place open if needed for non alcoholic beverage items. After 1 AM if you are up and hungry, we'll you gotta travel to at least Reno to find The Gold N' Silver diner. But other than that, location: BEAUTIFUL. Pricing: Affordable. Customer Service: 5 out of 5.

We were concerned after seeing some of the recent reviews but decided to give Harvey's a try. We were very pleased with our stay. The remodeled room was clean and convenient. Bathroom was huge. Had two separate areas for the girls in our group to put on make up. The bedding was very comfortable. We will be back.
