The rooms are very nice and clean. We really liked the big tub and separate walk in shower. Self check out is very easy. Self parking is free. We prefer to valet park, valet is not free. There is an underground walkway with escalators and elevators to the casino. It would be a good idea to tell new guests about the walkway.

I'm not a gambler but was impressed. Super clean. Varied machines. Good security. Helpful staff. If I liked to gamble this is a great spot,

I feel like I need to start by saying it is not attached to Casino. It was a lovely stay and even having an issue with one of our rooms(we had 4) it was handled wonderfully and I would recommend highly! However, at no fault of Harrah's the double tree we had stayed at the first night was just as nice and more central to the city. If I was to go back i would probably pick the double tree.

We had to wait almost a extra 3hrs after check-in time to get our room. They only had one receptionist at the counter so we had to wait in a long line each time to speak to her. Once we got our room it was nice but no one would answer the phone at the counter when we called for a question. Their was an old used coffee filter left in our coffee machine. The second night we push the button for room service to take care of our room. We was gone the whole day into the late night, the light was still on and room service never stepped in our room. Only 2 staff members at the counter was polite, the first white lady we spoke with and the very last black lady on our last night. Their was a couple of black ladies at the counter we spoke with in between the time we was their that wasn't polite at all. But we rate it a 2 cause the room was nice and our water was hot.

The casino rooms are always nice. The staff are attentive and they make sure that you feel welcomed. I've never had any issues at the hotel. Clean rooms, and friendly staff! I love coming here to stay!
