Everything was great except our room was dirty. They were at full capacity so couldn't move. Asked for a extra blanket and it never arrived. The food is great! The pool and pool bar is awesome. Beds very comfortable!!! Casino very small. Didn't see people winning that much. Dropped 100$ in 10 min on penny slots. Went to other casinos and a lot of people were winning. Machines going off constantly with wins. Harrahs needs to loosen their slots to keep people there. In my opinion. Mix n Mingle food was delicious!!! A MUST is The Blind Tiger across the street walk. Great food and drinks and very reasonable priced. Great staff and live music.

Unable to secure cash for gambling. Was sent to 3 different areas and finally succeeded. Personnel directing seemed bothered by our request. Eventually obtained help without staff. When trying to order a drink at the slots after 1 hour we were told by server this wasn't her area. After gambling for an hour we were finally able to Friday down a server for our drink. However, a well dressed, appeared to be a manager was very helpful. Customer service needs to be emphasized more clearly among ALL personnel.

My husband and I had such a great, spontaneous stay at Harrah's Gulf Coast...we're going back this summer! The suite was beautiful overlooking the pool, and the casino was in great shape with pandemic protocols. We loved the cabanas by the pool, the spa services, and overall atmosphere. We had dinner at Magnolia House on our last night and it was DELICIOUS. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The rooms are nice. However, I would recommended that you check your drains in tub before getting comfortable in room. The first room I checked into, the water remains above my ankle while taking a shower in the morning. My husband called for another room and we switched to a new room. Staff was very accommodating. The bed and pillows are super comfortable.
