We forgot our coupons for a free room,but the desk guy was so nice,he found a way to combine our comps to get a free room. Every thing was clean and lovely in the room. One of the best rooms on our vacation trip.Fun in the casino.All staff were friendly.

First impression driving up - driveway and turnaround was full of potholes. Even the shuttle bus driver for the Horseshoe casino stated it was like driving on the moon.

Casino is incredibly small compared to their competition in the area. The slot machines were also very tight.

Only 2 places to eat at the hotel, either an expensive steak house or a small diner that sits about 8 tables at a time. We wanted to grab dinner at the diner as the food they were serving looked great, but the wait was so long we ended up going to a nearby restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights. Walls seem to be pretty thin. 1st night I felt like my snoring neighbor was in my room. 2nd day I must've had someone around me smoking in their room and it wafted into my bathroom via the bathroom fan. Bed was very comfortable though.

Overall, I would not recommend or come back to this Harrah's casino.

was a great late weekend get-away. I think Rachel was working the front desk on 3/14 and she was great in getting us checked in and answering some questions we had. Our room was nice, seal on the door showing it was sanitized, remote bagged up. Bed was very comfy and our floor was quiet though there were other guest staying on our floor as well. Good location in general to get around the city and fairly close to gas station to fill up.

Mask were enforced in the hotel and also in the casino. Parking garage was fairly empty but, clean. We had to go back after check-out as we forget raincoats we had in closet in room and they quickly were able to bring them down to us. All the employees we encountered were very nice and friendly. We will be staying here again.

I wish the non smoking section wasn't where you have to walk through smoke to get there. What's the point?
