The hotel was great! We've been to Cherokee a lot for the day but have never stayed the night. The indoor pool was completely empty each time we visited it. Our room had a jacuzzi tub, a nice view, and a wonderful king size bed. The non-smoking casino floor was great and much more enjoyable. Can't wait to stay again!

We come here often. It is kid friendly. My 6 year old and I love doing movies and room service (when the arcade isn't available). Christy in room service is the absolute best customer service person on the planet. She always remembers us and is always so friendly. She goes above and beyond to make our experience the best. I love the pool area. We have also been lucky enough to have a little spa day which did not disappoint.

I don't believe there is any benefit to being a 7 star here with regard to access. This is the only place I've seen without a separate 7 star line. Treat your elite players well, upgrade their rooms etc and you might motivate them to visit more often and spend more money.

One thing they do great here is the time to arriving and paying your jackpot wins. Certainly the best in the industry.

Love spending a couple days here just to get away. No more smoking in the casino. Yea! They are very safety conscious.
The Starbucks down on 1st floor has some pretty good food and great coffee.
The food court is just okay! Wouldn't recommend it.

The Noodle bar is good but pricey!
The rooms are comfortable, especially the beds.

Great place lots of video machines and card tables. Slots are tight but not like some casinos I've visited. The food court is a nice place for a quick bite to eat. I visit Johnny Rocket when I go there. They have other places to eat also. I must say their hotel is great also, I like the Mountain the best. I can go on but it's best you see for yourself. I recommend them to any one who wants a good gambling experience.
