While I am a longtime aficionado of the Hard Rock Cafe, this was our first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel. Our accommodations were luxurious and comfortable and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. If I had any complaint it would be about how they very blatantly outsource their in-house phone system, making it impossible to call the front desk for any reason.

Food at the buffet was amazing. Was shocked what they had and wasn't a long line. They kept the food fresh and was so good. At the cashier they wipe down after each person. Was good beside losing my money.

Went late afternoon, not very crowded. Started getting busier around 8pm. Great place inside. $5 parking garage connected. Temperature and biometrics taken upon entry. Drinks are free and ordered right through the slot machine you're sitting at. Plenty of staff and clean restrooms 🚻
Outside of the casino different story. Didn't see any tourist on the boardwalk or walking around the city. Looks like a rough neighborhood and I'm from Jersey City!

Stayed in comped room one night in South tower. Clean and cozy. Casino is bright and lively. Cafe is delicious. Humongous ribs and twisted mac n cheese fries so flavorful. Hotel and casino had good atmosphere and vibes all around. Number 1 on my AC casino list.

This has become my go to in AC. Never left a loser, good service. Top 5 places to visit while down there.
Just spent my first stay there and I enjoyed it. The beds were nice the room was nice, it was a very comfortable stay. Room service was good. They were fast to fix the problem just a long wait for the food and to report the problem. The elevators is another subject. Check in early if you can and check out early or late as possible. You will wait for an elevator! It took us 25 minutes to get downstairs to leave. Because of Covid-19 only 6 at a time, so that happened. Be patient and have a since of humor and you will be find.
