The hotel was clean, quiet, and had a great shower. A/C worked well and the food apart of the hotel was good. (Burgers and fries, a Starbucks) The parking is not so wonderful and the front desk man informed me they do not participate in hilton honors snack items upon arrival for gold/diamond members. No complaints from breakfast.

Hampton has really raised the bar when it comes to affordable rooms for the typical traveller. Large, new furnishings and modern decor. I have stayed in several this past year in different parts of the country and not been disappointed. Covid-19 restrictions have reduced some amenities such as fresh coffee in the lobby and an outstanding breakfast but that is to be expected. My hotel of choice.

First off, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had nice hot water. The view of the bluffs/hills from our window was amazing as well. The housekeeping needs to clean better as we found underwear from a previous guest in our room. When the front desk was told about it, all she could say was "wow." Nothing was done about it and no accommodations were made. The TV had maybe 8 channels available. No free breakfasts here but there was a starbucks downstairs. The hotel offers free parking that sucks and their overflow parking was even worse. All the parking were tight spaces and very hard to get in and out of. We would come to Deadwood again, but not stay here.

Front desk staff was amazing. Very polite, called me by name while visiting the desk even after check-in. Room was clean and the staff checked in to make sure everything was good with our room.

Well maintained hotel for the affordable price and great customer service. We loved the bathroom, comfy beds, large room, and the view outside of our room. I just wish the bathroom had a bathtub. Other than that, they let me refill my thermos many times with hot water and have even filled it for me. I would love to stay here again.
