Used to love it here, now all physical roulette tables are minimum £30 a spin on outside numbers! "Because of covid" How on earth can you expect to survive after covid when you price out players visiting for fun not serious addiction. Literally won £175 in under 10 minutes but left due to the excitement being sucked from the table. Will not be visiting again.

Grovsvener Rank Group, their Bournemouth casino have refused to pay me out £4000.20 won from the roulette machine. Manager withheld my ticket and when I requested a photo after long discussion he wrote void. I have now got to through the court process.

It's good casino in soton and have always been there to play poker tournaments last year and food is really good
