Having been to many Grosvenor floors, this was is far better than the neighbouring one in the town centre of Reading. However, with it opening after a long awaited Covid barrier, the service to get a drink was painfully slow & took some of pace away from hitting the bar & getting back on the floor. My other sore point was that when starting on the first roulette table they didn't inform of the outside stakes until they slid my chips, by which point it was too late as I had committed, but a little heads up would of been a nice touch. In addition one of the young staff members was a little short of customer service having had to move out of his way when carrying an empty tray (which I observed most of the night I was there (nothing worse than someone being busy doing nothing)).

I'll undoubtedly go again but there is plenty of opportunity for improvement & to have a better experience.

Been popping in here on and off for around 8 years. Always a friendly bunch of people. Everyone from the team around the core tables (roulette and cards) to the people who ask you if you want anything while on the machines. They remember customers even after sometime large time gaps between visits. It shows they make an effort to get to know people. The staff are a credit to the company.

Whilst the Casino itself is an enjoyable night out - the restaurant falls far behind.
Had an awful meal, waited on by people seemingly dragged in off the street.
Plastic cooked into food, replaced with a cold dish and the waiter insisted on putting the red wine bottle into a chiller on our table.
Would recommend avoiding till they get their act together.
