I had a great night out in Leeds back in 2019. The staff are very friendly and service is second to none.

Worst place to play in leeds no win at all hwre and in john lewis casino ill not go there anymore and the person at bar charged me double price for a beer then the person that brought it to me when i was sitting and called the service they rip of people there 😢 😞 😕 😐

I was told to leave after celebrating a win on the roulette very bad customer service! I was very polite cashed my chips and left.

The food was excellent, drinks great. Very good meal, no complaints. Good service. The surrounding casino very good. Been a member across the road for years and it is refreshing to go to Grosvenor where there is so much more space in the playing area. Makes for a more pleasant gaming experience. Nice separate bar area with big screen where you could even just go watch sport and not even go near the gaming area if you wanted.
