Group of 4, our first time at a casino, staff were friendly, nice calm relaxing environment once you get use to the surroundings. We all left happy and quids in ??'?

Grovsvener Bournemouth have refused to pay me out £4000.20 won from the roulette machine. Manager withheld my ticket and when I requested a photo after long discussion he wrote void. I have now got to through the court process.

Is a shame, I tried to visit the casino with a friend that worked there 18 month ago and they said that wasn't enough time after left the casino to come back. The managers that the casino have are a joke
