The new operational hours make this casino worthless to visit. Using the economy as an excuse for the recent changes is hardly believable considering their sister casino at WEM stays open, and their competition, River Cree is seemingly growing bigger and better.

What's really wrong with this casino is it's inability to provide free or at least cheap parking options nearby, the small size, underwhelming entertainment and dining options (you can't rely on Rogers Place).

Seems like many of its problems can be fixed with the cooperation of the City of Edmonton or the Oilers Entertainment Group, but if it's not done soon it will be too little too late.

It's a really nice facility! Great people working there! But this place is never open. They changed their hours to half the week and event nights only. I went tonight because there's an event. But, they're not open! Sorry, either open up, or close up!

Just doesn't feel like a casino, staff seems to just go through the motions. The 2 food places are never open in the evening leaving you with only the choice of the over priced food in the casino. Just wanted to clarify about the 2 restaurants I was talking about are the hamburger place and the pizza place, I myself would like to be able just pick up quick food and continue on the gambling floor not having to sit in the restaurants and order and wait and then eat. And I myself prefer a DJ and not the folk band or what ever their jaundra is. The many TVs that show sports is a plus. The parking is a big thorn in a lot of peoples sides having a few spots then charging to park is a deterrent to a lot of us that want to use the facility.

These are the things that make a difference an act of caring for the environmental issues that will affect us all.

We went here Monday evening. The bartender was awesome!!! She was awesome service all night she gets 10 stars. The slots are really really tight. Not a single payout all night. The tables were fun. The roulette table was the most fun. The dealers are friendly.
