Staff is great, rooms are okay. Shower heads could be updated, doesn't anyone believe in fitted sheets anymore? Casino well they don't want you to spend a lot of time there. Will not be rushing back to spend the night at this expensive place

Have been coming here for years, newer renovations are great. Love that it's non-smoking on the floor (Bingo hall is a smoking area). 1991 Kitchen has good food and friendly staff, same with 95% of all staff we meet. The Up North Bar has excellent bartenders and good drink specials, hands down my favorite MN casino bar.
Over the last year, the host services and promotions have improved tremendously. They are quick to respond and the offers has been good. (Shout-out to Kristy Laquinto!)
My room has always been clean and comfortable. I do think the elevators and common areas can be improved, as they are getting dated and scuffed up.
As for winning, well I would never rate a casino based on payout, as the house always wins, but the overall experience at Grand Casino Mille Lacs is a fun time

Best place to enjoy your time and relax. Get to smoke in the bingo hall. Staff are always polite. Great variety of machines. Me and my husband an family always have a great time a win some and lose some. Its a great enviroment. The hotel is always clean to satisfaction, food is delicious, and the gift shop is awesome. ☺

There was supposed to have a drawing and never happened!! Couldn't even get a bonus !!!!!
