It was a nice casino, not as smokie as other's this size. In two days we never got or herd of any jackpots. Between the both of us we dropped a couple of Grand and had nice time and paid high scaled price for the night compared to other hotel's resorts
Buffet to expensive for what you received. Parking and area security very good. Overall I would rate them a 6 out of 10. We do a lot of Casino runs and very likely will not return.
We returned again here in April 2021 and, we were comped with a suite and a free dinner for 2 and breakfast for 2. The room was very nice. The super or meal for 2 was something we had never experienced before. I highly recommend it at the cost of 40 dollars each but the it was worth the the venture. Also it is called Brazilian style. They come with different sets of servings of the meat and the side dishes were endless and flavor so wonderful. All that being said, again we lost heavily and the smoke was terrible. We together lost at least 4 thousand and so we very likely will go to Choctaw next time because we drive a 5 1/2 trip to get hers and so I will go where I like the casino and can win some. Still great experience and here is a side not the first servings of the meat is cheep and low cuts pass and wait for the good meats and you will never forget the trip.

Even though I wasn't lucky enough to WIN, I enjoyed my visit.
They still ask for masks to be worn. I wasn't stuck in a line to enter. It looked like everything was running (games, restaurants, event areas and bars), although, there were no events happening during my visit. I thought the smoke-free area was nice. I enjoyed walking around and felt that they were doing great at keeping everything clean between guest. I played for quite awhile on a few dollars but never had any large wins. It made for a nice time out, especially, since we've all been cooped up now for so long.
If you play, live nearby, and are ready to get back at it they have even opened the drink station up to self serve near the round bar on the lower level. IF you would rather be waited on you can grab something by the waitstaff as you play. But go give them a shot.

Did a 2 night getaway and it couldn't have been more perfect! Totally hassle free. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and the pillows were wonderful. Thank you Grand Resort for a great time. My new decompression spot!!!

This was a nice place. I was surprised by the grand scale of this establishment. It was as super nice! It checks all the boxes when it comes to amenities. I was disappointed though. The willingness of staff to help the gas was lacking and their cookie cutter approach to customers is not a recipe for success. Generic guest service will ultimately cost them in the near end distant future. Hard to see them competing with out changes. Maybe they'll get together. I serious player would want to consider other options. Recreational and vacation visitors will dwindle gradually.
