Yeah, so as I work at another casino as an assistant manager AND a casino floor runner/bartender; I have a bone to pick with this place. Rude customer service because the closing lady told me to stop slapping the button on the machine. Like lady, if you see me cussing out the machine and shaking the hell out of it out of anger; you have the right to say something. Otherwise, lay off new customers who just want to play and drink. I was not slapping the machine. This is literally the first and only place who told me to "stop slapping the machine." I will happily take my business elsewhere after that.

Was profiled in the door and asked for ID before I sat down and asked for my usual mountain Dew so I located my wife and Asked if we could go to another casino knowing instinctively that she had not been asked for ID even though she had a beer .This is the way a person of limited scope who thinks that you are going to rob them thinks they will feel comfortable by asking the one or two people who look different from them through out the day for ID yet trust there is a room full of people who have not been asked at all and say what u will but I find it insulting and keep your energy.

If I may. Might I mention the most friendly floor runner I have ever met that works there. Her name is Brooke. She is the most welcoming individual ever. Whenever I enter the establishment, she is always busy making sure that her customers are taken care of. I don't even have to mention what I would like to drink, and no sooner than I sit down at a machine, my beverage is on the table next to me. She always has a smile on her face. There have been a couple of times I have went in and the place was packed. But she didn't let that slow her down. She kept the smile on her face, and went on about her business. Brooke cares about her people that enter there, and she shows it by her hospitality. Her professionalism is what makes a person keep wanting to go back. I would highly recommend this place. 5-Stars for me.

Was asked to not hit the deal button so loud... Was a bit confusing as I have ran countless thousands through machines w/o any attendant ever mentioning that. Asked the gal next to me if she noticed it and she said no, so pretty confused TBH. Maybe the attendant was having a migraine, but not sure (she was at least nice about it).. also they don't have any U1s or Montana Gold's, would rather gamble where the rules are not like a library.
