Great location and price but they don't clean your room, even if you're there for 5 days. But you can ask for more towels...I think the cleaning crew has completely left since they don't seem to clean the casino either, at least not the Reef Bar. The bar and the machines were sticky and disgusting.

We had to get one or both room keys reset each day we were there, as did our friends that were in another room and the people across the hall. But the front desk girl was happy to tell me it was my fault for storing my key in my purse.

Staff is friendly and helpful. As for the casino and hotel...ac system needs a serious upgrade. 77° rooms do not cut it. Sure it's 115° outside but I would expect the rooms to accommodate some relief. Will not stay here in the summer again

I've stayed at the nugget twice. The first two times were not a great pleasant time. My room was dirty at not ready, the service was a d-, and the servers were very rude. Don't get me wrong the nugget has a good vibe and the place is nice inside but I feel like they can improve on customer services as well as guests services. I'm all about 3 chances. I will be spending my birthday weekend there in September. I booked four rooms for my family and I. I sincerely hope we all have a better experience. As of now I have to give a 1 star until proven wrong. Please don't let me down nugget.

I thought this establishment was fantastic. The staff was professional and greatly helpful. The room was really nice and clean. The casino followed the safety rules. The restaurant I attended was great as well. I recommend staying here if the opportunity arises. I plan to come back . Thanks guys.

Uncomfortably warm throughout about 2/3's of the casino floor
drink service was very slow but the one drink i did get tasted good
