This place is gorgeous, most of the workers were courteous and nice. The dealers most of them were fun and professional. The machines were not nice to us but we had fun, drinks kept coming our way so it was a good day. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because of one of the people that check ID, if you don't like working with people then find another job, nasty attitude all the time with all the customers, slow and is literally the only reason my experience wasn't 100%.

Rooms were clean and spacious, be careful with the hot water because is really hot, normally people complain in other places cause of no hot water here is the opposite..

Went as a group of 10 on a Mon/Tue and had a great time. The only downside on coming during the week is the waits are long because not all restaurants are open. The service was great at the restaurants, bars, casino floors, and pool. Masks are not required but recommended. The rooms looked thoroughly cleaned and we had a nice pool view. We originally booked for one day and while soaking in the sun we decided to stay an extra day and they were quick to accommodate that. Will be returning. A friend of ours had a nice corner room suite with it's own living room and two restrooms. Will look into that for next time.

This was our second visit here. It's where we wanted to come for our 10 Yr Anniversary, and of course we had a great time. Lost the money we budgeted to lose, and enjoyed the oh so comfy bed!
The staff is always professional and courteous, the spaces are always clean and the aesthetics are always well maintained.
Can't wait to go back!

We love going to the Golden Nugget Lake Charles. The casino is awesome enough but there's a beautiful outdoor oasis with a pool & a lazy river. The lazy river also has a slide.
Get a balcony room overlooking the pool. Or if sunsets are your thing ask for a balcony room overlooking the water on Contraband Bayou.
There's a big mix of restaurants & bars.
The rooms are spacious, quiet & the bathrooms are luxurious. There's a 2 person dinette in the room perfect for meals or a cocktail before going to the casino.
For a small extra fee you can request a mini-fridge, but there's no microwave in any rooms.
We don't live far away so we are lucky to be able to visit often & we hope you do too. ??'???'?

Great places to eat, play outside by pool area or just relax. All the great casino games can be found here. Staff and customer service was very good. Only hang up was at Bill's burgers the staff was ready to close, we were a little late but made it worth while by giving 30% tip to the young lady Emily who finally waited on us. So thanks for the save ma'am. The burgers were on point also, It should have come with a bib cause the burger was dripping with all the BBQ sauce.
