I only gave 2 stars for many reasons. For starters, they did not have the room we booked at least 1 month ago. Luckily the manager bumped us to the room we originally booked. Second, the room we got was not bad but the water in our bathroom ran constantly and was pretty loud. Third, there wasn't a refrigerator as advertised in any of the rooms (I'm assuming this because I had multiple people from my family stay there and they did not have one either). Third, the few floors we went on had trashy hallways (I've stayed at multiple hotel casinos and I understand a little is normal, but this was everywhere on multiple floors). I had to vacuum my own room because I couldn't handle how dirty our floor was. My sisters room (on the floor above us) had a few wet spots that never went away (not sure if it was a leak or what). The pool H20 was nice. We ate at the restaurant there (the grill?) and the staff was not the friendliest, to say the least. I will give praise to the Asian Cuisine restaurant Lillie's. They had great food and drinks and an awesome staff!

Let me start by saying I think Golden Nugget beats the beau and hard rock. The rooms are nice and modern, and ours was spotlessly clean. The service was good in all aspects. The casino is nice and there is a good selection of games available. Drink service is a bit slow but the servers were all very friendly. Pool is nice. My only complaints are that waits and lines for everything were long. Players club and casino cage as well as for food. The casino was also very warm as was our room. We set the thermostat as low as it could go but it never really cooled off. They do have paddle fans in every room which helped a lot. If you're in Biloxi, I recommend golden Nugget over the other casinos.

First time visiting Golden Nugget in Biloxi and will be the last. We spent the afternoon at the pool, the server walked past us several times, never spoke to us or asked if we wanted any drinks. Then once we realized how far the garage elevators were from the hotel, we asked the man at the entrance, if there were any closer. Instead of answering our question, he kept asking us if we were checked in and had a hotel room number yet. We just wanted to know if maybe we weren't seeing a closer elevator. To end the one night stay, I went down to Starbucks for a coffee, the girl stated she needed my I.D. to purchase a coffee with my debit card. I pulled my phone out and told her I have the LA Wallet (which is a LEGAL form of identification for Louisiana). She absolutely refused to even look at it and told me it wasn't accepted. Overall, very unprofessional at all levels of service here. We are frequent visitors of the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles Louisiana. Definitely not comparable.
