Always a fun experience at Golden Nugget. Ate a great meal at Michael Patrick's Cafe and had fun playing slots I think it's time they should open more weekday restaurants in the evening. Business is picking up but the amenities don't seem to be catching up. I suppose it could be the difficulty all employers are having getting staff.

First of all, this is NOT a family friendly hotel, especially for kids.
Hotel rooms were clean, I had a nice view of the ocean. This was my first time to AC. I selected the Golden Nugget based on reviews. I had 5 guest, so i had to buy 2 rooms. The kids didn't get to swim, which totally sucked. When i address my issue to the manager on duty, she has a "Who cares" attitude. All because were didn't receive risk bands.
The front desk person that checked us is was very nice, but her manager needs more training.

Staff is so friendly and Courteous. I think my room should've had toothpaste but I used my own. My card key did not work. I was able to get a replacement card. It did take 5 tries and the check in area. I was told it was due to cards being next to electronics cause them not to function properly. I loved the view. I would come back again and remember to bring my own water.
