Always a joy to attend this casino, a high end establishment, professional staff who demonstrate their professionalism. To bad the restuarant is closed, I really enjoy going there for "best in Lloydminster" lunch/dinner??'?.

I was very disappointed.
At the entrance I was told I must show ID and get a Players Card for contact information regarding any potential Covid 19 outbreak.
I told them I was very happy to write down my name and number but was not comfortable leaving a copy of govt issue ID, nor do I want their players card.
As a victim of Identity fraud I choose wisely as to where I provide this information.
I would gladly show them my ID but not feel safe leaving a copy of it.
I've played in Edmonton without ID. They take my picture upon entering and do the covid screening.
I realize this are their rules and it should at least be posted on their website.
Please stop this procedure

Stopped in to try my luck. Strange to log in stand and have pic taken then given mask. But willing to wear mask to keep myself and others safe. Keep safe everyone.
