Stayed here for our guy trip! Room was excellent. Clean and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is hands down the best value in Deadwood. Great food and great prices! Staff is excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. Location is perfect for hanging out downtown and walking back. Carmen is the best waitress we have seen in a long time!! Will most definitely stay there again and point others in your direction!! Thanks!!!!

Absolutely delicious. I have such a tremendous amount of respect for short order cooks and staff. A must-go if you need breakfast in Deadwood!

Just a simple breakfast, from hard working folks. Didn't have to wait to long. Like other places not enough workers, but they handled the shortage like pros.

For an older motel I think that it is still in good shape. The room is smaller than the more modern motels. And it doesn't have a refrigerator, only has one night stand instead of two which is a little tougher on couples that both need CPAP machines. The cafe only serves breakfast and lunch. The people that are running it was friendly and helpful. As Deadwood is in the bottom of a gulch space is very limited. The room is reasonably priced and during this high tourist season you have to account for the bigger motels price gouging a lot more than they should.

A very nice reasonably price place, kind staff, very easy check in with the best breakfast in town, walking distance to the center of all the activities in short I had a wonderful time in this place. I've already recommended and sent words to all friends and relatives whom I know would enjoy this town.
