Loved coming this place, staff was great but then i get barred without a reason 🤬

Since my last review below they now do soft drinks tea and coffee for free to those at the machines and tables. We have been a few times now and enjoy the ambiance there. The staff are fantastic and make you feel really welcomed.
Good night out. Shame they dont do free soft drinks and warm drinks like the other casino in hanley does whilst your at the tables. The staff are helpful and friendly. The place has a good atmosphere. The only issue i see is with the slot machines because some people play 3 ,4 even 5 machines at anyone time so its extremely difficult to get on one and lots have reserved signs on yet no one plays them for ages probably because they are playing another machine and holding the reserved one so no one else can use it. There should be a rule where you can only play one machine at a time to allow other people a chance to get on them otherwise people will go elsewhere.

4 of us came Saturday night it's the first time we have been on a night out, we had a great time, played the machine had a snack burger and chips, all staff were friendly and welcoming, felt safe, everytime a machine was left it was cleaned, its great to be back
