The worst managed casino I have ever been in. The croupiers need serious training when it comes to manners and customer care. Will not be returning.

Poor service, extremely rude staff. Bouncers on there trying to intimidate the group I was with. Staff just unpleasant full stop. Won't ever be going back

Definitely. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my 45 years of living. Croupier, Adam, rude. The covid restrictions make you feel so uncomfortable, I would of rather stuck a needle in my neck! Napoleons casino is a much better experience. I speak for the group that was with me. We will never return. The plus points, bar staff... excellent! And we took £1800 off them in winnings, which, they will never get back.
