There's really no other way to say it.... it's not Mohegan Sun. Table games here are roomy, but honestly when you go to a Casino you want that "Wow" feeling. When I walk into Foxwoods it's just not there. You get a "Eh" or a "not bad" kind of vibe. The only thing here that really worth any time would probably be the bingo. I've won twice now, and that's pretty awesome.

Went for dinner, at Prime which was delicious and service was great. The casino itself was PACKED! I could not believe the crowds around the tables. Not an open seat at a table and large groups all smashed in together. No social distancing happening here at all. It was a Sat night so I guess you'd expect it to be busy but this was the first time I've seen crowds like this in a year. Be ready to mix and mingle.

The room at Great Cedar was very clean. We ate at Cedars Steakhouse and had a wonderful time at the bar. Great food. Great service and clean. We gambled at Grand Pequot and felt that the machines could have been wiped down. They were going around cleaning empty cups and such, though. The women's toilets in Grand Pequot were disgusting. There was a sink attendant, but the toilets weren't kept up at all.

Hi love the views from grand Pequot hotel. There newly renovated rainmaker casino is beautiful and bright. Now offering a non smoking casino area. The service is fantastic at certain hotels and lacks in others. Foxwoods should be offering reduced rate based on all the new casinos in Mass. I have noticed they are running a special in Sept for low money hotel rooms. They offer first rate entertainment venues. All in all this is a good value for the money. Tip...there are refrigerators in all rooms..bring your own soft drinks and munchies...they charge $4.00 for one out of machines.

Big very big. If you like more commercial type casino similar style other casinos then foxwoods is for you. I personally just like Mohegan Sun much better. Darker more tribal themed and for us its more intimate. Plus like the shops and gaming floors much better too. But prepare to loose at both casinos!
