The management was rude to an extreme. I was assaulted in there establishment and was treated like I was the problem, nobody from this establishment was going to protect me so I protected myself. No problem spending money elsewhere.

I absolutely love our local casino! Whether you are local or just visiting, they make you feel like you're home. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. I usually stop after I'm done grocery shopping, before I go home. And win or lose I always leave happy. (And I usually WIN)! You just can't lose by stopping by the Jackpot! Peace

Terrible experience by me and a friend. We went there post COVID-19. First, I sit down and the lady doesn't offer me or my friend a drink. Next, I cash out and go sit by him. Mind you the door had no sign and the attendant didn't give us any rules at all of what to do or not to do. There was no sign on a machine so I sat down by my friend. She then screamed at us. So I cashed out and said, "you should put up some signs so people know the rules instead of getting so upset." Then, we proceed to play mind you I've tipped this lady every time I cashed out and she never offered us a drink or anything. My friend comes up and talks to me and the lady starts screaming at us along with a patron it was very very uncomfortable. We didn't know the rules so simply telling us would have been sufficient, but she proceeded to scream and be extremely rude. Never ever going back!
