I was glad to see that because of my last review manager started to order vegetarian food but I think yesterday I had a terrible experience with manager Kamila. I was confirming If there is any vegetarian food tonight but instead of answering directly she said 'we always order vegetarian food and if you don't believe then go check Google'.

My partner confronted her and she said we don't want any bad customers here and also we don't any liars in casino. Her remarks somehow sounded bit racist to be honest. I believe this is not the way to treat customers.

I've been a member here for a few years. I wouldn't play anywhere else. The staff are very friendly, always have a laugh with the staff and other members. Always a great atmosphere. The big party nights are the best.

The staff is incredibly nice, lovely!!..we are pampered!! Great familial atmosphere compared to the ones in Dublin

Great place to spend a bit of free time and have fun! The staff are friendly and polite and go out of their way to help customers and to make them feel welcome. The casino is always clean and tidy and there is always tea/coffee and treats/sandwiches available!
