Welcoming staff, any needs taken care of promptly good location. Building a little dated but all amenities modern.

This is certainly a nice hotel in the city. The rooms are nice. The reception is warm the cost is higher than in chefchouen or fez or Rabat. The wifi is the best I have gotten anywhere on Morooco. The bed is also the softest. I wish the casino was open. The pool area is nice. The balcony is small. The complementary wine is a nice touch, neither me or my wife drink. Still a good hotel, a little more worn around the edges than I'd like. Some of the furniture is chipped. The paint is not very well done or clean. There are smudges on the wall.
The staff is very amenable. Their is certainly a language barrier for Americans, and so many small problems with the mechanics of this hotel. Id like to give it a higher rating. But honestly it'd be much easier to give it 3 or 2 stars. The staff and the food is just too good.

The réception staff at the Epicurien were rude and condescending. Was really looking forward to a chill birthday hangout with a friend of mine. Was super disapointed and ended up leaving.

Pay attention! don't book any rooms with the hotels these days!
Once in the hotel, they ask you for a bank guarantee! (Automatically deducted from your account)
1 month later, I didn't receive my money back! and when I asked .....they told me to go ask the bank!

Have been going for over 27 years needs some up grading, staff always nice, food so so, but still enjoy going there.
