I stayed there from 2/26/2020 to 2/28/2020 and it was ok. The people that work the front desk and the front lobby were nice all the days i was there. The ONE guy that was working when we arrived in the Vallet Parking was very NOT NICE AT ALL. I told my husband DO NOT let that guy touch our car (even tho it was a rental, I think his rude way of talking to us was uncalled for) so I just did not want him to touch the car) While my husband went to check in and get the keys, I had to get out of the car and wait for him to come back with the room keys while I waited outside of the car because the Vallet guy said he had to have the keys of the car because we could NOT park there. I am not sure why. I was there for 2 weeks and ALL the hotels I staye din let me park in the front till my husband checked in. I never heard or seen anything like that before. We already started on the wrong foot. Then we get to our room and we have TWO TWIN BEDS, so I call the front desk and they said you are going to have to deal with it because we have no more rooms. So I said NO WAY. That is not what i paid for so i am coming to the front desk to solve this problem. She said I may have a room. I Had to hold for a minute. She then came back and said yes we have another room you just need to wait a lil while for us to clean it. They changed me to a new room later that day. The buffet was very good, Fresh, Clean and very pleasant people there as well. There was no washing machine for me to do my own laundry, I did NOT like that. I GIVE THEM 3 *'s If I ever go back I WILL NOT stay there again. I think it was too pricey for the service we received. Also It was safe at night. I was not afraid to go in or out of the hotel at all. DO I Recommend this place, NO

Totally Enjoyed. Room was large, but where we stayed was a little dated. The gym and spa area are excellent. Casino has plenty of activities, pool area is awesome, drinks and food available at pool area. They also have a gratis area across the street with umbrellas, chairs and towels, and available food and drinks. Great location, nice views, free self parking.

Only beware of using the coffee machine.there was no note about charging each coffee 5 us$ so we ended paying more than 200 us$

Short and sweet: this is a wonderful hotel.

Generous pours of wine, good service overall, nice ambience. The casino terrace has a gorgeous view of the beach especially at sunset hours.

The location could not be better. There are many restaurants at the hotel: sushi and buffet (a little overpriced for the food selection). If you appreciate good food especially meat you can find a better place to have dinner for the price.

For the most part you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Overall good and comfortable. Very friendly personnel, fabulous views, great location, gym, pools and casino, fun on-site activities. Too long and slow moving check in lines. Hotel also needs better maintenance of the premises; lose floor tiles and smelly bathriom pipes should have no space in a top level hotel. .
