The place is really grand. Appointments are exquisite. And it seems to go on and on and on! In all honesty I wasn't there to gamble, I was there dropping off and picking up some folks. I did take the opportunity to walk around inside though. Again, very nice.

Beautiful casino. One thing I loved the most about encore casino was the seafood buffet. You can eat all you want. Also various of yummy food to choose from. And if you feel lucky to gamble try your luck because you never know. Good luck to you all.

Didn't get a chance to stay here and only visited a few hours. While I was here I gambled and casino was nice. Caution, I am not much into slots but do like table games. Had a Vegas style feel to it. Won money on table games but lost money on the slots. To be fair I spent hours on tables and only a little bit on slots. Drinks are free while you gamble, but service was a little slow. Heard that was a small problem with the place. However, second server I had was quick. Servers were friendly and nice. Dealers were nice and very grateful when you tipped them. Overall, would definitely recommend coming here. Hopefully I get the chance to stay next time.

The hotel room was beautiful, large and up to date with all of the amenities and smart-room conveniences. We had a nice view of the harbor. We did not explore Boston during the stay so I can't speak to the convenience of navigating the city while at this hotel. We did spend time in the casino which did not have a great diversity of slot options. Twice during our stay we had issues with machines locking up and not printing vouchers and it took half an hour at least each time to get it resolved. Seems to me they are understaffed. Servers offering beverages were rare. While it is fresh and new it is small and limited. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful and customer service oriented. The same cannot be said in the casino. During our time the dining options were limited but the sports bar offered good food options. If you are going there for the hotel, great choice! For the casino, not so much.

Beautiful place. The red chandeliers in the casino are absolutely awesome. I couldn't stop looking up at them. The slots didn't pay out at all, was kind of disappointed with them. I don't usually bomb like I did there. As a whole the Encore was beautiful. Lights on the buildings at night were great and fun to look at.
