My visit to elwick racecourse was terrible very dissappointed that the races were abandoned due to holes in track im a horse owner and i walked the track to have a look myself and i was shocked by what i saw,someone has to be held accountable for the shocking state its in!!!!!! For everyone involved in the industry it must be so frustrating that this has happened again not only hobart but Launceston as well. The racing ministry need to get involved and get it right people's livelihood rely on the racing industry. They supposedly spent millions on the track NO WAY did they its a big joke.
