Great hotel/casino if you are looking for an affordable off strip stay with a casino for regular people looking for good priced tables, good food and affordable drinks. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. ATM fees are reasonable as well and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I'm glad there is still at least one quality casino left in Vegas with reasonable prices with a good "old school" vibe. Not too far from airport and only a short walk to the strip is also a plus.

Not sure how much I want to tell about this place it's one of my favorite local hideouts. Since before I moved to Las Vegas in 2011 I have been coming to Ellis Island and seen it transform from one of my favorite local casinos to something even better. In-house craft beers, root beer, barbecue, holiday eggnog's unbelievable prime rib and other home style stick to your roof favorites and the best time doing karaoke I've ever had anywhere including washing a rendition of purple rain by an unknown artist (that could've easily been the current lead singer of Journey) that was beyond my wildest dreams. Parking has always been a bit of a bone of contention for me but overall it's never been an issue I couldn't easily deal with.

We went for Karaoke and it was a lot of fun!! The Karaoke Bar was operating at 50% capacity.

We ate dinner beforehand and Ellis Island did not disappoint!! Great food at reasonable prices! One of my friends was SHOCKED at how reasonable the prices were!

Ellis Island has a brewery on-site, so if you drink alcohol (I don't), please know that the beer is CHEAP but it is also REALLY GOOD (so I am told).

Of course Ellis Island also has a casino, it seemed to be operating at 50% capacity as well.

And it even has a motel! If you are looking to save money and don't mind being 1 block off the Strip, Ellis Island is a GREAT choice!

I've been going there for years. It's a mix of old school and modern with the newly added courtyard. Thank you for not changing too much Ellis! Great drinks. Food is the best on the strip and a bargain! Staff is awesome even when busy. Walked in today and felt at home. Hats of to terrific food and staff.

Its off the main strip and it was ok. Don't think we will go back.
