What a hidden gem. I heard rumors of amazing prawns and steak in Edgar but I had no idea what I was missing! Our table split our courses and everything I ate was amazing! Even if you wanna keep it cheap they had some of the best burger beef I've ever tasted.
Talking with the waitress it sounds like they source all of the beef from a ranch a mile down the road.

We went at about 4:00 on a Monday and nobody was there it was slow. By the time we finished eating it was getting busy and rightly so. The food was delicious and the patio was perfect. Honestly we could have spent all night there it was fun. Don't judge by the outside appearance go in and chow down and drink!! We really liked it I had a bacon wrapped 8oz filet, ordered it medium well and they cooked it perfectly. The stuffed mushrooms were super good too. My lovely wife had a bacon bleu burger and she loved it! Check it out if you go after 5 I would get reservations.

The food is absolutely incredible. Very reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. I'd definitely call ahead to make reservations, as this place is always packed.

The food at the Edgar Bar is excellent. I have never had a bad meal at this place. The service is friendly and efficient. Make a reservation unless you want to sit at the bar because this place is always packed.
