This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. Take some of the casino money and make upgrades to this 60's/70's style rooms. The hallways smell like wet dog.

I played three card poker and I feel that the casino was not playing with full deck of cards. For example played 12 hands $32 per hand never got a face card at all. The dealer told me that, she's not the dealer for me.
Losing money was not an issue it's feeling cheated is why I gave one star. I play at all the casino in SoCal and never felt cheated....
Someone needs to investigate this place. I'm not one to give negative feedback, so take it for what it's worth.

Our check-in clerk didn't know how to do nearly anything. She had to ask the other clerk for instruction every step of the way.
There is no Handicapped parking for the hotel, only for the casino. Even though I was in my wheelchair she assigned us a room on the 2nd floor. They have no elevators, only stairs. It took her superior clerk to fix it so we were on the ground floor

Dungeon / jail cell, but even worst they hold your security deposit for 6-8 days. When you check out they tell you, "if nothing is stolen from the room then we will release the money. Its pretty clear nothing will be stolen from that place. Why take so long for the deposit to be released?
