They are terrible!! Do not stay here!! They had bed bugs and I got bit all over! I had to go to an urgent care when I got home because the bites were so bad and I had to get a steroid treatment. I had to treat my clothes and do extensive cleaning. This hotel never returned my money and I'm stopping their payment. Please consider my experience.

Nice enough. We weren't expecting any bells or whistles, but we never received the email with the entrance code. That was a little frustrating. We were tired from being in the car for 9 hours. My husband called and was able to get the access code. We had to call back less than 5 min later because someone was parked in our spot, so we had to find out what to do. They just told us to park in another spot. I would have been upset if we had paid for a specific type of spot. There was a little park for kids and other utilities that we did not use. I would stay there again for a night.

Have stayed in the RV park before, wasn't bad for short stay. This time we had a site that someone else parked in. Called to tell them about the problem. Was told to just pick another site. Good thing it wasn't full.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice if you get there early before 4 pm be ready to wait. Don't like the deposit for the room not enough play money other than that the food was very good and it's easy to get back and forth. The only other thing that brother me was the fan in the room was very loud. But I am still satisfied with my stay oh security is very good here after hours they close the front door to only those who have room keys.

Stay was great but still have yet to receive the $100 deposit for the hotel, I've called several times first time was told to wait 10 days, we're now a month out from when our stay was and still nothing. Last time I called I was yelled at by the representative and was told it wasn't their problem anymore they sent it to the bank and if we didn't get it to call the bank. I will never visit this hotel again when we go back to St. Louis
