Entered at front entrance handicap elevator not working. No help from attendants, wife navigated down the stairs using walker. After noticing us, we were asked for ID, and were told no ID, we could not stay. Told the attendant it was in our car, No exceptions, I had mine but decided against staying. Their loss and won't be going back. First bad experience with Dotty's.

don't know why exactly but the lady w dyed red hair who works evenings. (6/9/21 at 7:30 pm) is just plain rude. I've been in this store multiple times. And both had been this same girl. And I'm just confused as to why but both times I have bought cigarettes in this store the lady has a bad attitude . Purposely taking long time until she helps me. I usually tip and get along with all the cashiers. But I won't go to this store anymore because this lady makes me feel a bad vibe.
She has bad customer service. Wish places would hire more NICE employees. It matters. And makes a difference.

This Dotty's location is far better than the Keystone Location. Remember we are not patronizing that one. The lady that works there is not customer service orientated. And with several locations to serve, this is a far better choice.
The Lady that runs this location was smiling and funny! She was kind and helpful. Even though it's just a stop for ciggerates mostly, I enjoy to chat a minute, see if there's anything new. It makes a difference when the experience is pleasent. Make this your choice for ciggerates and maybe a little bit of fun.

Probably my least favorite Dotty's in the Reno and surrounding areas. I never win, the machines do not even give you any play time from the cash you do put in and the workers at this location are very rude. If you want a good Dotty's experience you're best off choosing any location besides this one.
