Hotel tried to charge us an extra $3600.00 even though we had already paid for an all inclusive trip. The room was filthy dirty! Gap around the door let bugs and mosquitos into the room. Toilet leaked each time it was flushed. However the view from the balcony was beautiful. Stayed in room 116. Be careful the resort tried to double charge us several times.
