Nice place to go, friendly staff and great managers

GREAT price compared to my bingo hall in North Bay. Food was a little pricey. Over all a real great day spent having fun.

I love bingo and that hall is very nice I have been there a couple of times never one but had fun lots of fun!!!

Absolutely love going to Delta Bingo with my mother it's our day to hang out there and play some Bingo and hopefully win some money

A worker at this Bingo went and told my girlfriend lies about me that were really bad I made a complaint about what she said The hall manager called me and apologized told me to come in there was two 25 dollar gift cards waiting for me at the front counter They asked me to sign a paper the employees name was on it and the hall managers and mine i read it and signed it when i got home read it again I called the hall manager back and asked what does disciplinary actions mean and what actions were done She told me she could not tell me that I called OLG to make a complaint let them Know whats going on then called the manager back she told me the regional manager would call me she forwarded my info to him Yesterday I get an email a trespass notice

Are serious here I have been going to this bingo everyday and your employees do not have the right to do what they did to me.
The funny thing here is the Regional Manager still has not called me
Your employee had no right to tell my girlfriend I am dangerous I use women and get away from me as fast as you can I am still fighting with my girlfriend and my family over this

My girlfriend left that Bingo and got a refund right away cause she was scared of your employee
Is that How your company handles serious complaints
give them gift certificates then throw them out
I have spent a lot of money there I deserve a bit more respect than this
