Nice place, just don't take more than $25 to play the slots. Unless you have the financial capability to spend much more, it's really difficult to get win anything. We had a total $240 cash. The most we won was $20. We don't bet more than $1 a spin. 90% of all the spins we did with every game, were all dead spins. One slot machine did us okay, but that's not saying much. It took so much amount of money to get any bonuses and the wins were terrible. Seems like this has been a consistent thing going on with this casino. The last 5 times we came here, has been the same experience. The casino should be fortunate enough they have customers come in to help donate money, but they don't have the will to give out anything at all. I'm not suggesting customers not to go to this casino, but I'd recommend to pay more attention to your money and not give it to some place that could eat you alive. I think del lago should give me an explanation of why I should ever go back, I know what the reason is, but they will tell me differently, just like any other customer. Have a good day

as we come out of the pandemic, this is our "go to" casino. seems like we win half the time and lose half the time, which is fine.... my first trip to the buffet was great. second visit, not so good. i suggest you take a glance at the offerings before you enter the food line, otherwise you don't see what you like and you leave the line with an empty box. the dessert, which you get before entering the food line, is the size of a deck of cards. good dessert, but extremely small serving. i still like the buffet and will try it again... most of the time, the casino is too crowded and too busy, so good for them that they are recovering after a difficult year. i would like to see this casino do well, as it truly is a wonderful place.

Hotel was clean and modern, but all lights in the room are tied to a single switch for no lighting options. Bathroom was very nice. Food options limited. Spicy cheese curd at sports bar were too hot for our group to eat more than half. No drinks while you game. Good games and plenty of options to play. The coffee shop/restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was good. Staff were friendly.

Girlfriend lost her phone in the Draft Kings restaurant in the casino but young man in restaurant turned it in to security and we were able to get it back. Think he was the manager, he should be commended for his great service!

Loved the size of the room but the jets in the jacuzzi and the fireplace weren't working. But we were appreciative of the discount on our bill. Also, we were five minutes past 10:00 for breakfast and everything was cleared away. Our fault.
Please note that staff was very friendly and our shuttle driver to and from the restaurant was great.
