THREE Stars ONLY because the bartender and one security guard was friendly and super nice! We got a room for a night the evening/overnight guy who works in the hotel was EXTREMELY unfriendly and I felt as if he was rude and very unprofessional. My advice sir, please don't work in customer service if you can't be friendly with casino guests. Please try to do better.

Great casino! Big wins! Awesome staff and the inside is absolutely beautiful. Gift shop very nice. You can smoke freely and the air is still fresh for non smokers. Thanks keep it up guys : )
