This could have been a 5 star review but when a hotel takes advantage of the curfew to sell you the local colonial beer for $8, when it should have cost 3 to max 4 dollars, then you are earning yourself a bad review. I would have given one star, but since the breakfast was pretty good and free, you get 2.
Next time I visit I'll walk to the grocery store across the street and buy my beers, to avoid the rip-off in the bar. Shame on you!

I've only been to the casino. The staff is friendly, and I enjoyed my time playing there. They have tv's that usually play sports on them which I appreciate. My only real issue is that the tables don't open up until 2pm, but I definately understand why they can't.

Excellent service I would like to really speak about the server named Erik from the restaurant! He was amazing he accommodated my request and was so nice and professional! Big thanks also to the Japanese restaurant staff !

My favorite parts about this hotel are the staff and breakfast. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a full on affair. I enjoyed my omelette to order, with Gallo pinto and maduros, accompanied by the world class coffee of CR. Following that, I had a fresh fruit plate and tried the fresh green juice (cucumber, orange, pineapple, spinach, and parsley). Delicious. The rooms were immaculate and tidy. Fridge and 2 pack single serve Britt included.

Can i give this hotel a negative! Bed bugs! Please do not stay here! They have bed bugs! Also if yiu take sheets off mattress you will see blood stains from past bed bugs! Very dirty hotel! Note the picture i posted someone else got bed bugs too!
