I payed $345 per nite I would expect excellent but I got sub standard motel. There was a whole I the wall, shower and shower screwed dirty it needs a good scrub, screen door has the rubber hanging off it, we were here in lock down, food deliver to your door was good. This motel is tied manager should inspect motel rooms for cleanliness. The bed had a single mattress protector instead of a king bed kept coming off, will not being paying that again for a motel that is sub standard.

The accommodation was fantastic, however the service in Tali restaurant was definitely sub standard. Guest were told they were booked out with restaurant only half full. Telephones were hardly ever answered. $80 chateaubriand meat arrived at the table blue not medium rare, it went back twice but again was not cooked. Very disappointed will not be returning. Service at the Hilton was excellent.

I recently stayed in Alice Springs Crowne plaza. The beds and pillows are amazing. The customer service was non existent. Reception would just say yes and hope you go away. Unfortunately I left some clothing in the room and rang that afternoon from the airport. Reception said they would notify house keeping and that room had not been cleaned yet. It is now 5 days later and no blouses! It is unfathomable as to how, with that much notice, housekeeping could say there was nothing there and that the motel are happy with that response. I will not be staying here again. Next door is much better

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean but overpriced. We had to stay last minute because of govt restrictions we suddenly had to test and isolate so we were room bound. The hotel room service was a complete shambles. Phone not answered, orders not delivered, incomplete orders multiple times over and poor quality Food. I have never experienced such appalling service. Staff were polite as were we but I don't know how a hotel can charge such high rates and deliver such shambolic service. Staff shortages is no excuse.

We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of accommodation after staying in some of the other outback accommodation.
The room had a comfortable bed with a good bathroom. There is only tea making facilities as the hotel has their own restaurant.
The hotel has an excellent swimming pool.
Great place to stay while in Alice Springs.
We enjoyed our stay.
