Trash Company, Rudest people on the phone. Book with someone else. Changed our ship; Moved me and my family to opposite ends of the ship. Absolutely disgusting service (or lack thereof) Reps shout over you on the phone. I won't ever book with this disgusting company again.

Call and asked if they had day care for kids on the cruise they ask the age I said 2 and 3 they said yes, then I book my 8 days trip, guess what when we are at sea the children care facility did not accept my 2 and a half year old, don't get me wrong I love my kids but if you get on a cruise you also want that 1 hour break. I did not had that very bad experience they lie to me and they did not even care worst money spend ever. Be aware no everything they say is true.

Beautiful new cruise terminal. Love the sculpture of the huge Propeller Blades. Much nicer than the old terminal.

Wow! Amazing terminal. Beautiful art decor. Amazing entrance. A very smooth process from boarding to disembarking ship. A bit crowded catching a ride away from port but if your ride is timed right you can be in and out. I gave 4 star because the garage height is 7'8" and could not accomodate my rides van and he had to park at the open lot by terminal E and walk back to A. There is currently no safe walkway and you have to brave the busy street.
