Small place, but very modern , clean and well planned out. Conveniently located next to the resort we stayed at. We didn't park here but the parking structure looked nice with ample driving ways.

Favorite casino on the strip. Love love love everything about it. 21+, service is great, dealers are great, floor managers are great. Win or lose; I, personally, always have a wonderful experience here! The smell is captivating🥰

Upon entering my room, I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't properly stocked with toiletries and towels. A very nice gentleman from housekeeping came up not once but twice to insure I had everything I needed for my three day stay.

I had left the Cromwell to spend time with friends at another property. During this time I received a phone call stating that my room was vacant. I assured her the room was not vacant and that I was in fact staying in the room. When I got back my personal items were missing as well as all the toiletries housekeeping had brought.

I do not doubt that had I not answered that phone call, they would have given away my room.

After reading a few of the negative reviews on here, I was a little hesitant to book The Cromwell. However, I was very surprised at how accommodating and easy they made our stay! The front desk was very helpful - they let us check in early without a fee, provided easy self parking directions in the attached garage, and were all around very friendly. The hotel was very clean and had a great atmosphere - our room included. The casino is smaller with less action which was perfect for us after a night on the strip. We stayed on a Wednesday so I imagine when Drai's nightclub is open it's a different story, but we had no complaints and would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff is super friendly. Was advised their pool was closed but we were able to utilize Caesars Palace and Flamingo pool which both are within a 3-5 minute walk. We had to play music softly at night due to the thin walls and hearing everyone closing their doors around us. The rooms are extremely cute and simple. You have a mini bar well stocked for an additional charge.
