not worth the price tag. vent was very noisy, tap was damaged, bathroom is poorly designed.

Very poor customer service, most likely because we are teenagers so they treat us like we don't exist.
There was a point in time when we ordered some food and 40 minutes passed without receiving our Pizza
But a couple that ordered Pizza around 20 minutes after us got theirs first and the people did not even bother to update us about what was happening.
The person serving us was not friendly at all, she was always so tense and strict. We were even given a limited time of 2 hours before we should leave.
Definitely one of the worst places I've been to for leisure in Selibe Phikwe.
And i think mostly because we were teenagers that's why the bad service. Word of advice, treat everyone equally.

Nice big and very neat room. Very comfortable bed like no other. They need to up their game at the restaurant.
