I had to argue with them to count my actual cash out chip count correctly, and I got it in the end, but this sort of outright theft is not only unprofessional, but absurd.

Rude security folks namely Joe and his subordinate (as per Joe). Cocky and use of abusive language by the subordinate. At 10 PM today, June 22, I went to Cowboys and was treated in the most disrespectful manner. Never experienced that bad attitude with any security guard ever before. It clearly seemed a training issue with the aforementioned subordinate. Subordinate seemed new at job and couldn't handle it. Use of abusive verbal word to customer, entirely wrong in her judgement and then enforced it with ignorance. Know the essence of being a security guard and live it!

The slots are bad, expect to lose fast. They do not want you to have fun. They are scared to death you'll win $20 bucks and leave. I've lost thousands here and had very little "fun". Grey Eagle and Pure seem a little better in terms of slot payback, but not much. This place has a nice atmosphere, though, so I might come back, but I won't be putting much money in. Your greed causes high rollers to leave you. Not smart.
