Since the beginning i had a bad impression, they was arresting one of the guest in the lobby when i was checking in, then when i check in, the room i reserved was with a king size bed, they give me a double room in the first floor totally different to the one i booked, i asked to be switch to another floor because i didnt feel secure, they give me a room on the 3rd floor, the hot water didnt work, the presure of the shower was none existant, the food in the buffet wasnt the best, the restaurants yes but they only take 30 reservations at the time not enough for so many people, they stole my carry on lugagge from my room my purse and my wallet along ith other items, they dont reimburse me the cost of the lugagge or any of my belongings they dont have the courtesy of the accommodations, i still had to pay for two extra night to be able to get my passport the was stolen as well, the manager is not helpfull it all. All i can said i pay around $120 usd at day to get the service of a chip motel and to be ROBBED by the same employees of the hotel because at the end it was an inside job.
